Craig Williams
President and CEO
Craig Williams is one of the region’s most successful diverse entrepreneurs, having launched several profitable ventures in the construction industry. His first, Pride Enterprises, is a full-service general construction firm with an impressive list of satisfied clients.
American Power Electrical Supply Co. is his most recent venture. Formerly known as Harboc Electrical Supply, the wholesale and retail business now has Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification.
Craig attributes his success to ethical business practices, attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction. As a leader and mentor in the diverse business community, he actively seeks to create business opportunities and jobs for local and diverse communities.
Craig grew up outside Philadelphia in an entrepreneurial family and earned an undergraduate degree in business from Syracuse University.
Seth Richards
Vice President
Seth Richards is an industry veteran who knows the Philadelphia electric supply market as well as anyone. For nearly a decade before joining forces with Craig Williams to launch American Power Electrical Supply Co., he serviced the industrial market, large end users and major commercial electrical contractors as an account manager for Cooper Electric Supply.
Previously, Seth was a manager with Consolidated Electrical Distribution in Lexington, KY, where he gained experience in all facets of the electrical supply business. In his partnership with Craig, Seth’s role is day-to-day management of American Power.
A native of Dayton, OH, Seth earned his bachelor’s degree as a double major in Professional Sales and Marketing from the University of Toledo and a masters in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
